    Garlic Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    4 large baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 stalks celery, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredient; place in a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yield 6 to 8 servings.
