    Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients




    8 large baking potatoes
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
    3 tablespoon prepared horseradish
    2 tablespoon sour cream
    2 tablespoon milk
    1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

    Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool slightly.
    Split potatoes. Remove potato pulp, and discard skins. Mash potato pulp in a large bowl.
    Stir butter and next 7 ingredients into mashed potato. Sprinkle evely with crumbled bacon. Serve immediately. Yield 6 servings.
