Hot Deviled Potatoes
List of Ingredients
4 medium-size red potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 (8-ounce) carton commercial sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
2 to 3 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Recipe
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for aout 20 minutes or until tender. Drain them well, and then mash.
Combine potatoes and remaining ingredients, except paprika, mixing well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield 4 servings.
