    List of Ingredients




    2 cups grated potato (4 medium potatoes)
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 to 2 teaspoons salt
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    Dash of black pepper
    Aromatic bitters, optional


    Recipe



    In a bowl, toss together all until well-mixed. Place in a well-greased 8- by 8- by 2-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot in squares as a vegetable side.
