    List of Ingredients




    2 chicken breast halves
    1 Tbsp flour
    1/4 teasp garlic salt
    1/4 teasp paprika
    1 Tbsp shortening
    ! Tbsp butter
    1/4 teasp basil leaves
    1/4 teasp rosemary leaves
    1/2 cup rose wine
    1/2 teasp cornstarch
    1 Tbsp water
    1/2 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Dredge chicken in flour, garlic salt and paprika to coat. In frypan, melt butter (and shortening) over medium heat. Add chicken and cook, turning until brown on all sides. Sprinkle basil and rosemary on chicken; add wine. Cover and simmer over low heat about 25 minutes or until fork tender. Remove chicken and place in serving container. Skim any excess fat from frypan. Mix cornstarch and water; add to liquid in frypan, stirring constantly. Cook until thick. Stir in sour cream and pour on chicken. Makes 4 servings.
