Almond Wild Rice
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 tablespoons slivered almonds
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 teaspoon chicken-flavored bouillon granulesRecipe
Saute rice, onion, and almonds in butter 5 minutes or until almonds are browned. Stir in water and bouillon granules.
Pour into an ungreasd 2 1/2-cup casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Yield 2 servings.
