Cheese-Parslied Rice
List of Ingredients
3 cups cooked long-grain rice
2 cups milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, softened
Recipe
Combine all ingredients; spoon into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Yield 8 servings.
