1 cup celery (sliced)
1 cup green onions (chopeed with green tops)
2 tablespoon butter
3 cups rice (cooked)
1 tablespoon lemon rind
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepperRecipe
Saute celery and onions in butter until tender. Add rice, lemon rind and seasonings and toss lightly. Continue cooking over low heat (about 2 minutes) until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
