    SOOK CHOO NA-MOOL

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups fresh bean sprouts

    1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions, including tops

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tbs. sesame seeds

    3 tbs. soy sauce

    1 tsp. sesame oil

    1 tbs. rice vinegar

    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

    Recipe



    Blanch bean sprouts in boiling water until slightly soft. Drain and immediately plunge in cold water to stop cooking process.



    Set aside to drain. In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add sprouts, toss lightly, and serve well chilled.



    Serves 4-6.
