A tangy lemon-garlic mayonnaise that is delicious served with seafoods, vegetables and meats
List of Ingredients
6 medium garlic cloves
3 egg yolks
1/4 fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup extra-virgin olive oilRecipe
1. In a food processor blender, puree garlic. Add egg yolks, lemon and salt; blend until smooth.
2. While the machine is running slowly pour oil into mixture. Blend unti mixture is thick. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Sauce will keep for 4 days. 1 1/2 cups.
