    BBQ- Barbecue Sauce for Chicken

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 tablespoon candied ginger,chopped fine
    1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 frying-size chicken
    1/2 to 1 cup cracker meal

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients and cook over low heat about 5 minutes. Do not overcook. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
    Cut chicken in serving-size pieces. Place in baking pan and brush with chicken barbecue sauce. Sprinkle generously with cracker meal. Bake at 300 degree F. for 90 mintes.
