Butter- Basil Butter
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
1/2 cup lightly packed, chopped fresh basil leaves or 2 tablespoons dry basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juiceRecipe
Combine all ingredients; beat until fluffy and well blended. Cover and store in refrigerator until serving time. Serve on hot, cooked fish or steak.
