Butter- Lemon butter aux fines herbes
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 tablespoon minced parsley
1 tablespoon chopped chives
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon chervil
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash pepperRecipe
Combine all ingredient; beat until fluffy. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve put a dollop on hot fish or serve with crusty bread.
