Butter- Seafood Butter with Herbs
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds (6 sticks) butter
8 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, chopped
6 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon minced fresh basil
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme
Hot pepper sauce to tasteRecipe
Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat. Add all remaining ingredients. (Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Rewarm before serving.) Spoon into small bowl and serve.
