    Butter- Truffle Butter

    1 1/2 tablespoon black truffle, very finely minced
    1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, softened

    Recipe



    In a small bowl combine truffle with softened butter. Let the butter stand, covered, for at least 1 hour. Pipe the butter onto stuffed hard-boiled eggs or round to toast for canapes.
