List of Ingredients
4 Granny Smith apples, chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, pressed
3 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
A pinch of nutmeg
1 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup white wine
1/3 cup sugarRecipe
Combine all ingredients except the sugar and cook in a large skillet over medium high heat until most of the liquid is gone. Add the sugar. Cook and stir 3 more minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
