    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons butter
    2 teaspoons minced garlic
    1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
    1/2 cup diced poblano pepper
    Juice of one lemon
    1 cup white wine
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 tablespoon pepper
    3 cups heavy cream
    1 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
    3/4 cup cornstarch
    1/2 cup cold water



    Recipe



    In a medium saucepan, combine butter, garlic, bell pepper, poblano pepper, lemon juice, wine, cilantro, salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer over low heat. Cook until mixture reduces by half. Stir in heavy cream and coconut cream.

    Dissolve cornstarch in cold water. Add a little bit at a time to the sauce, until sauce reaches desired thickness. advertisement
