    Use as a basting sauce for grilled chicken, or toss with steamed fresh vegetables

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/4 cups butter
    2 cups white vinegar
    1 1/2 cups honey
    9 garlic cloves, pressed
    2 tablespoons salt
    1 tablespoon dry mustard
    1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
    1 teaspoon pepper

    Recipe



    Melt butter in a medium saucepan; stir in vinegar and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately, or store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Reheat before using. Yield 5 1/4 cups.
