    Mustard- Hot Mustard Sauce

    List of Ingredients

    1 tablespoon powdered hot mustard

    1 teaspoon freshly-ground white vinegar

    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

    2 tablespoons water


    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, adding more or less water depending on desired thinness of sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes, then serve as a dipping sauce for egg rolls.

    Yield:1/4 cup
