    Mayo- Curry Mayonnaise

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon bottled clam juice (or cooking liqued from steaming mussels or clams)
    1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

    Recipe



    In a bowl stir ingredients together until combine well and chill, covered 30 minutes. Sauce may be made 1 week ahead and chilled, covered.
    Serve sauce with mussels on the half shell or other seafood. Makes about 1 cup.
