1 large red bell pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and white pepperRecipe
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Lightly coat the pepper with oil and place in a very hot oven until the skin begin to blister. Remove and wrap in plastic to cool. When cool, peel and seed the pepper and place into a blender with the remaining ingredients. Puree to desired consistency.
