    Butter- Savory Steak Butter

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
    1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 teaspoon anchovy paste
    1/2 cup ffinely snipped fresh parsley
    1/8 teaspoon sweet paprika
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon finely ground black pepper

    Recipe

    In blender or food processor, combine butter or margarine, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste. Process at medium speed until blended. Add parsley, paprika, garlic powder and pepper. Process until blended. On heavy duty foil, shape mixture into a log about 1 inch in diameter. Freeze until ready to serve. To serve, cut into 1/4- to 1/2-inch slices. Refrigerate unused mixture up to 4 days or freeze up to 2 months. Makes one 14-inch log.
