Spicy Yogurt Peanut Sauce

1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons finely chopped, peeled fresh ginger
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper
Recipe
In food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth, pulsing on and off. Place in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 10 servings.
