Mustard- Swedish Sweet-Hot Mustard

1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons dry mustard
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup whipping cream
Recipe
Whisk mustard, sugar and flour in medium bowl. Mix in vinegar and cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate.)
