    BBQ- Tomato Barbecue Sauce

    2 cups vinegar

    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

    1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce

    1 tablespoon chili powder

    2 tablespoons paprika

    3 tablespoons black pepper

    3 tablespoons salt

    3/4 to 1 bottle ketchup

    3/4 teaspoon dry mustard

    1/2 cup water (optional)



    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients and brush on carcass after turning. The sauce can also be added to the pork after it has been cooked and pulled.
