    Creole Meat Seasoning

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup salt
    3/4 cup garlic powder
    3/4 cup black peppercorns
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup paprika, preferably hot

    Recipe



    In a large spice mill or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Proess for about 1 minute, or until evenly pulverized and blended. Store in an airtight container. Will keep well for up to 1 year.
