    Mushrooms with Sour Cream

    List of Ingredients






    16 ounces mushrooms, sliced

    4 tablespoons margarine or butter

    2 teaspoons flour

    1 cup dairy sour cream

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Dash of pepper

    Snipped dill or parsley

    Recipe



    Cook and stir mushrooms in margarine for 3 minutes. Stir in flour; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in sour cream, salt and pepper. Heat, stirring occasionally, just until hot. Sprinkle with dill or parsley.

    Makes 8 servings. This easy dish can be served on toast rounds or in miniature pastry shells.
