Recipe Introduction
This tea is gentle and soothing, and wonderful for a whole array of complaints, such as sore throats, flu-aches, colds, and especially upset stomachs. Also good for sleeping trouble.
List of Ingredients
1 heaping tsp Chamomile flowers
1 heaping tsp chopped Mint leaves
1-2 Tbsp HoneyRecipe
Heat 1 mug's worth of water (approx. 1 1/2 c) almost to boiling; add herbs and allow to steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain into mug (reusable coffee filters work wonderfully for this). Add honey to taste.
