    • 1 3/4 cup shredded gouda
    • 8 oz. sour cream
    • 8 oz. cream cheese
    • 3 T. brandy


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together.
    2. Put in 1 quart casserole.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees.


    4. Slice Granny Smith apples to use as dippers.
