    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup yellow mustard
    • 1 cup cider vinegar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1- 80z. cream cheese


    Instructions


    1. Soak mustard and vinegar in glass container for 24 hours.
    2. Place eggs and sugar in blender and add mustard mixture and blend all.
    3. Cook for 20 minutes in double boiler.
    4. Refrigerate.
    5. Pour over cream cheese and derve with a knife for spreading.
    6. This is enough sauce for 2 blocks of cream cheese and it will keep in refrig for several weeks
