3 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3 swiss cheese slices, halved
3 ham slices, halved
2 Tbs. margarine
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
3 Tbs. milk
1 Tbs. sherry (optional)
1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
Recipe
Flatten chicken breasts with wooden mallet. Cover each with a slice of cheese and ham (thinly sliced ham). Secure with toothpick. In skillet, brown chicken in hot margarine. Arrange in crockpot and add soup and remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Serve on watercress if desired.
