    Chinese Chicken Concoction

    Recipe Introduction

    I created this original dish to use up some canned goods and chicken breasts.

    List of Ingredients

    28 oz can LaChoy Chinese vegetables-drained
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup
    1 small onion, chopped
    1-2 teaspoons ground ginger
    2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz can mushroom pieces or straw mushrooms drained
    2-3 cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 cup water

    *optional: 2-3 ribs celery, sliced

    Hot cooked rice or egg noodles


    Recipe

    In crockpot, combine spices, soup, and water. Stir well. Add remaining ingredients,and stir. Cook on high for about 3 hours. If you wish, you may thicken this with a little cornstarch about 30 minutes before serving.

    Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
