List of Ingredients
1 egg
little breadcrumb
1 cup (or less) grated romano or parmesan cheese
a lot of garlic (5 cloves or more)
1/2 handful parsley (fresh or dried)
spoon of tomato sauce
1 lb ground beef, pork or turkey
Oil for fryingRecipe
Combine all ingredients and shape into balls. You could dredge in flour before frying if desired. Fry in hot oil until brown on each side.
