    List of Ingredients

Use your favorite sweet dough recipe, or you can use frozen white bread dough. Follow the recipe for each and after they have been punched down once you will be ready to make orange rolls. I am sorry that I do not have an exact recipe...I just do it.

1 lb box of powdered sugar
    6-8 tbsp of margarine (soft)
1/2 small can orange juice consentrate
    zest of 2 oranges.

Beat all of the above ingredients until nice and creamy, fold in the zest by hand.
When I make the frosting I start out with 6 tbsp of margarine, and 1/2 small can of orange juice( DO NOT ADD
WATER) If it is to stiff I add a little more, you don't want it runny, but you don't want it too stiff either. If you want it to be more orangy add a little more orange concentrate, but don't get it too thin. This is really easy so don't let the experimenting scare you. You can always add more to make it thinner, but you can't take it out. Seperate your dough and roll out on a floured board until it is 1/2-3/4 inch thick and about 12x15 long. Spread with some of the frosting you just made...more is not better... your rolls will swim in it. Just spread a thin layer. Roll up, jelly roll style rolling from the long side. Cut into pieces 1" wide. Place rolls in a greased 12x8 rectangle pan. Cover and let rise to double in bulk. Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 20-25 min. Watch them so they don't burn. Cool slightly, and frost with the orange frosting. All my children request Orange Rolls when they come to visit. I usually make them at Easter also.
