    This is great all year round. Gets raves everytime.

    List of Ingredients




    Pumpkin coffeecake

    2 16 oz. boxes of pound cake mix
    4 t. pumpkin pie spice
    2 t. baking soda
    3/4 c. water
    15 oz can pumpkin (plain)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. brown sugar packed
    3/4 c. walnuts chopped
    1/2 c. all purpose flour
    1/3 c. cold butter






    Recipe



    Mix cake mix, pumpkin pie spice and baking soda together. Blend in water, pumpkin and eggs. Beat until well mixed. Pour half the batter into a greased 13x9 pan. To prepare crumb streusel, blend together remaining ingredients in a small bowl until crumbly. Sprinkle half of the crumb streusel on top of batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle remaining crumb topping on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes.
