    12 oz Pkg. Butterscotch Chips (2 cups)
    1/4 c Brown Sugar -- firmly packed
    1/4 c All-purpose flour
    1/2 t Cinnamon
    2 1/2 lbs Tart Apples -- peeled & diced
    -----TOPPING-----
    1/2 c All-purpose Flour
    1/4 c Brown sugar -- firmly packed
    4 T Butter (1/2 stick)
    1 c Pecans -- chopped
    3/4 c Quick or Old Fashioned Oats -- uncooked

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375øF. In small bowl, combine Butterscotch Morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; set aside. Place apples in 13 x 9" baking pan; sprinkle morsel mixture over apples. Bake 20 minutes.

    TOPPING: Combine flour and brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake 30-40 minutes until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
