Harvest Pork Roast
3-4 lbs. Boneless Pork Loin Roast
1 cup apple juice
1 cup cinnamon apple sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
Poke numerous holes into the roast and then place into a large zip-lock plastic bag. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and pour into plastic bag with the roast. Squeeze out the excess air and seal. Place the bag in refrigerator for 1-2 days (the longer, the better) turning and shaking the bag at least once. Roast at 325 degrees until 160 degree internal temperature is reached. Serves 4-6
