Cheese Potatoes.... (these are the best)
Boil a kettle full of potatoes with jackets on. Don't let them get mushy...Pour off the water and let them cool. grate "BY HAND" (if you don't, they will get mushy...)
Salt to taste. In a large bowl add 2 can of cream of mushroom soup, and l 16 oz carton of sour cream...mix together. Slice maybe four or five green onions add to the potatoes. Mix in mushroom soup and sour cream
Top with about two cups of grated cheddar cheese.
Bake 35 min at 350.
