    Recipe Introduction

My friend Glenda HAD to make these rolls every time we had a get together...they are delicious.
This recipe is not specific, my friend does not use a recipe and I have just written it down as she told me how she makes it.
    Hope you all like it

    List of Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1-3/4 Cup warm water
    2 pks dry yeast
    1 Tbs. Salt
    1 Tbs. Butter or Marjorine
    1 Tbs. Sugar
    3-1/2 to 4 Cups Flour

    Recipe

Put the warm water into a large bowl. Add the yeast , sugar, and salt. Stir to mix well. Do not BEAT!!
Add the butter . Add the flour gradually until the dough is plyable and easy to knead.
Knead for 10 minutes, (I use my kneading hook on my Kitchen Aid mixer)
Let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. Punch down and divide in half. Roll out like a log and cut each roll at an angle.
Grease a cooking sheet and sprinkle with corn meal. Place the cut rolls on the sheet and refrigerate from 2 to 24 hours. (My friend says she gets good results at 3 hours)
Place the rolls in a pre-heated 375 Degree oven. When the rolls beging to brown, brush them with an egg wash and let bake another 10 minutes or till Golden Brown.
