I got this recipe from the Good Eats Show on food TV. It's one of the best chocolate pies I have ever had. VERY rich!!!
You can make it a bit less rich by cutting back on the Coffee liqueur.
Yield: 8 servings
Prep Time: 2 hours 10 minutes
Place a small metal bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Melt the chocolate and coffee liqueur in the bowl. Stir in vanilla.
Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture and honey in the blender jar. Liquefy until smooth.
Pour filling into the prepared curus and refrigetate for 2 hours or until the filling is set.
