    List of Ingredients




    1-1/2 pounds potatoes, cut in 1-1/2 " chunks
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon Basil, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon Oregano, crushed
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Place potatoes in microwave safe dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with the herbs, salt and pepper; toss to combine. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at HIGH 7 to 9 minutes, or till the potatoes are tender; stir halfway thru cooking tiome.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; microwave at HIGH 1 minute.
