    This spread looks so nice around the holidays, with its bits of red and green. It is delicious on crackers or with celery.

    List of Ingredients




    1 t. dry onion flakes
    1 T. sherry
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 T. salad dressing
    3 oz. chipped beef
    1/3 c. pimiento-stuffed olives

    Recipe



    Add dry onion flakes to sherry and let stand about 20 minutes. Blend softened cream cheese with salad dressing until smooth. Add onion flakes/sherry to cream cheese. Chop beef and olives into very small pieces and add to cream cheese mixture. Form into ball, wrap tightly and refrigerate several hours or overnight for best flavor.
