Recipe Introduction
Real Estate Agents often have open houses for other agents and serve food to get them to come see their new listings.
An agent named Beth from our company had this at one of these affairs and it was really a hit.
List of Ingredients
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 green peepper, chopped fine
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 stick butter or margarine
1 10 oz. can, Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubes
1 lb. spaghetti
Recipe
Cook spaghetti just to al dente' stage. Saute' pepper and onion in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, along with liquid to onion/pepper mixture. Add chicken and cheese and cook until cheese has melted. Pour over cooked shaghetti, mixing well.
Note: For really spicy dish, substitute Mexican Veleeta for regular variety.
Serves 10 as a side dish or 4 as a main dish.
