We call it Dorito Dip, because it is great with them, but is also good with tortilla or corn chips.


List of Ingredients




2 cans Chili without beans
1 block (about 12 ounces) monterey jack with jalapeno cheese
Heat together in mocrowave safe dish until cheese is melted or place in small crockpot.
You can vary the amount of "hotness" by using more or less cheese.
