    List of Ingredients

Here is the BEST Hot Taco Dip I've ever had. This stuff does NOT last. Very filling and SOOO yummy!

    1 can refried beans
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened to room temp)
    2 TBSP sour cream
    2 TBSP mayonaisse
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup Herdez salsa (mild to hot - however you like it)
    1 pound ground beef
2 cups shredded old cheddar or monteray jack

In 9x13 pan, spread the refried beans on bottom.
Blend the cream cheese, sour cream and mayo with 1 tablespoon of the taco seasoning and mix well. Spread over the refried beans.
Spread the salsa over the cream cheese mixture.
Brown the meat, drain fat and add remainder taco seasoning mix with 3/4 water. Simmer for 10 minutes. When done, pour over the cream cheese and salsa.
Top it all off with the shredded cheese.

This can be refrigerated at this point and when you are ready to serve, preheat oven to 350F and let bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

    Enjoy with Frito Scoops!
