    Breaded Pork Tenderloin sandwich

    Recipe Introduction


    These are very basic and simple to make, but they will please a whole crowd of hungry WHIZBANG'S


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Small Prok Tenderloin -Cut onto 1/4 inch thick slices
    • 1 Cup White Flour
    • 1 Cup Fine yellow cornmeal
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 Cup milk
    • 1Teaspoon Onion powder
    • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic salt
    • 1 Dash Red pepper
    • Oil for frying


    Instructions


    1. Pound each slice of pork between two sheets of wax paper until very thin (no more than 1/8 inch thick

    2. In a bowl mix Egg, and milk

    3. Mix Flour, cornmeal, onion powder, garlic salt, and red pepper.

    4. Heat oil in a deep skillet to frying temp. about 375f

    5. Dredge each slice of pork in the flour then in the liquid and back in the flour.

    6. Fry in hot oil turning once until golden brown. These only take a minute to fry.

    7. Drain on paper. Serve on a toasted sandwich bun with mustard and a slice of pickle.
