Oh boy...I have been looking for this recipe for years! I got it on IDunno4Recipes and I remember you from there! Thanks for posting it here as it was a great one! To those contemplating making this it is worth it. The homemade dirty rice is addicting. I still have the hacksaw I bought for this recipe! LOLOL Again, thanks for posting!
