List of Ingredients
2 pkgs of Active Dry Yeast
1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
4 1/2 cups of Flour
2 1/2 Cups Warm Water
Recipe
Soak Yeast in Warm Water, combine the Flour and Cake Mix,
(Stirring to well blended)
ADD the Yeast Mixture. Mixing well. LET RAISE.
Roll out . Smear it with Butter Sprinkle with CINNAMON and SUGAR,
Roll it up and cut in to 1 INCHES PIECES,
Place in a Baking PAN and Let RAISE AGAIN,
bake in 350 degrees oven until nicely browned.
Frost with POWDER SUGAR ICING
Now you could put fine ground Nuts or even Raisins on this with the sugar mixture, before you bake it...
Us English people call it Monkey Rolls.
I just pinch pieces off and throw them in my baking dish any where they land is okay no Pattern to it.
