    Watermelon Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 package Watermelon Jello
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1 tub of Cool Whip
    2 cups of cubed watermelon
    1 Graham Cracker pie crust

    Recipe

    Add the Jello to 1/4 cup of boiling water and stir to dissolve. Set aside to cool (I add an ice cube to help) while you cut up the watermelon. Cut into small chunks (about the size of a sugar cube is good). Drain on paper towel.

    Fold the cooled Jello into 2/3rds of the Cool Whip. Save the rest for the topping. Then fold in the watermelon cubes.

    Pour the mixture into a graham cracker pie crust and spread evenly.

    Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the pie.

    Put it in the refrigerator to set.

    This makes a large pie but is so light and delicious you will want more and more of it.
