    Making Pineapple out of Zuccini. Very good.

    List of Ingredients




    Peel & chunk zucchini like pineapple
    10 cup zucchini
    2 cup sugar
    1 lg. can unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    2 grams pineapple extract





    Recipe



    Stir all together, Bring to boil for 3 minutes.

    Put in jars and seal.

    Water bath for 10 minutes
